Artemis Luxury Duplex

Artemis Luxury Duplex is a project of duplex in Arsenal, steps away from the main road. This projects offers accessibility to its residents while being in a gated & secured community with three security aspects.

Each duplex is on two floors. The ground floor is mostly for the living area, where we have the two kitchens (aesthetic and grease), living room and a guest toilet under the staircase. The first floor can be presented as the intimate place since there we have one master bedroom with attached toilet & bathroom and two common bedrooms as well as a common toilet and bathroom.

There is also a private garden for each duplex at the back where the owner can opt if he wants with an additional cost to get a swimming pool.
